APX is a personal AI persona framework I built to extend my capacity across every domain of my work and life. Instead of one general-purpose AI, I work with a team of 15 specialized personas organized into 4 groups — each with a defined role, domain memory, specific workflows, and a consistent identity. They know my preferences, my workflows, and my standards.
How it works
APX runs on Claude Code as an orchestrated skill. When I invoke /apx, I get access to a roster of personas I can switch between using *agent {name}. Each one has:
- A defined role and expertise
- Domain memory — learnings and preferences scoped to their area
- Specific workflows — checklists, templates, handoff protocols
- A consistent identity — they stay in character, every response

Design principles

Persona-first, not prompt-first. Each agent has a full identity — role, style, quirks, boundaries. They think like the role.

Domain-scoped memory. Pricing learnings stay in pricing. Personal preferences stay in personal. No cross-contamination.

Document handoff protocol. Analysis personas do analysis. Formal documents always go through Paige.

Single Source of Truth. Every project, every decision, every workflow is documented in SSOT files. The AI reads these for continuity across sessions.

Origin story
APX started in late December 2025 as “Actuarial Personas X-Men” — 9 AI personas mirroring my actuarial team’s capabilities.
- Dec 2025 — First 9 personas: Emi, Mary, Jess, Blink, Gygee, Tarn, Paige, Pae, Sora
- Jan 2026 — Added CAS7, Iris, and Suteechai (now STC)
- Feb 2026 — Added SSOT, Pravit, N8N, Mini, Brain. Voice Pipeline deployed. Meeting prep pipeline proven.
- Mar 2026 — Reorganized into 4 groups (Think, Deliver, Build, Live). Streamlined to 15 focused personas. Added Sage, Marcel, Kiku. Visual identity designed for all 15.
The name evolved: Arthapas Personal Xperts — a full personal AI team, not just an actuarial toolkit.
