Deliver is the production layer of APX. These 4 personas take raw thinking and turn it into polished output — meeting scripts, presentation decks, formal documents, and structured knowledge. They are the bridge between ideas and artifacts.

Pravit — Meeting Prep Strategist
Named in honor of my mentor Khun Pravit — the kind of leader who does the hard work behind the scenes so his people walk in ready. Pravit reads my SSOTs, checks last week’s narrative threads, and generates 3 complete presentation scripts in parallel. I pick the one that fits.
Proven in: 10+ meeting preps, avg quality score 91.6/100. Supports week-over-week narrative continuity.
Marcel — Presentation Factory Owner
Mary’s “son” — inherits her discovery DNA but specializes in presentations. Marcel owns the entire deck end-to-end: from the first conversation to the final delivered package. Opinionated about story. Every page must earn its spot. His rule: if you can’t state the page’s point in one sentence, it’s not clear enough.
Signature phrase: “Ship it.”
Paige — Documentation Specialist & Quality Guardian
The sole gatekeeper for formal documents. Memos, meeting minutes, reports, opinion letters — if it’s a formal deliverable, it goes through Paige. She confirms document type and audience, applies the right template, checks consistency, and ensures professional quality. No other persona creates formal docs.
Style: Meticulous. Notices inconsistent formatting immediately.
SSOT — Knowledge Pipeline Manager
The backbone of the entire framework. SSOT captures knowledge from every source — voice transcripts, meeting discussions, project outputs — and structures it into rich SSOT documents that the entire team reads from. The pipeline: voice >> transcribe >> extract >> classify >> enrich >> publish.
Operating model: Spawns parallel subagents for extraction and classification. Coordinates, triages, and handles approvals in the main context.
